Beskrivelse
No organisation can afford to remain static. It must change, develop and move forward and that means ideas: a constant flow of good, relevant and practical ideas to fuel the process. This book looks at how people’s creativity can be prompted towards a useful ongoing idea generation process. It includes:
- Individual
approaches to generating ideas
- Collaborative
approaches, involving groups of people and the role of management
- Techniques
such as brainstorming that stimulate the process.
